Tree swallow - taken by Doug Lloyd
The Tree Swallow (Tachycineta bicolor) is a migratory passerine bird that breeds in North America and winters in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. It is a very rare vagrant to western Europe.
Terror, is the name of my daydreams,
lightening strikes and stampedes,
exponential growth and slow decay,
eternity spent in the darkest shade.
I surrender belief in return for hope,
I’ll listen and ponder atop thin ropes,
two states of being,
These are things that I’ve seen.
